The leaves have a dark, deep green color and are twisted into thin curls of the typical appearance of “spider legs”. They have a strong, fresh grassy taste. The infusion is yellow-green to yellow, its taste is balanced, with grassy accents similar to Japanese teas, but with maturity and bitterness and a slight hint of baked rye bread, as Chinese teas do.
Translated as “Green Tea” – the ancestor of Japanese teas, grown on the misty slopes of the Jirishan Mountains on the southernmost coast of Korea. It is collected and processed exclusively by hand only in a 30-day period at the turn of April and May. Tea is grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and sprays and is certified as BIO.
